Cash Home Buyers is a UK-based company that offers simple, stress-free solution like buying homes, land, and commercial properties across the UK in any condition and have an experience of over 40 years. To boost visibility, we focused on SEO essentials that focused on fixing technical issues, updating content, and targeting high-intent, location-specific keywords. We also built content hubs, improved off-page signals, and enhanced site structure for better crawlability.

Challenge

There was significant and strong progress in visibility, jumping from 4,285 to 62,387 impressions over three months. However, the site’s clicks increased from 29 to 41 revealing a gap between visibility and user engagement. especially on high-impression pages like the homepage, with a CTR of 0/08%. Improving meta titles, descriptions, and content relevance became essential to drive more meaningful engagement. 

The rankings had an initial average position of 63.44 across 42 tracked keywords and getting into the top results was difficult. While some high-performing keywords like “sell and rent back your home” began to stand out with a 66.67% CTR, few others showed lower positions. Additionally, branded search terms improved in rank but remained limited in volume, signaling the need to expand awareness and authority through strategic content, backlinks, and local SEO. Balancing technical improvements with content development was key to setting the stage for sustainable organic growth.
